Francis Curtis Bell, 43 of Claymont, DE suddenly passed away May 27, 2009 in the Christiana Hospital. Francis received his education in the New Castle County Colonial School District and he worked for many years as a cook at Kentucky Fried Chicken. He is preceded in death by his father, George Smallwood; 3 brothers, Benjamin, George Thomas and donald Bell.
