To all the Family and Friends of Randy,
I worked with Randy at UPS in the Feeder Department. We had a lot of laughs together...When he found out that I started to teach my Grandson to fish he told me he had a special spot where he would catch fish all time and that anytime I wanted to try fishing with my Grandson in Delaware to give him a call. When he retired he told me that fishing was going to be his main pass time.He was a true Gentleman and a Lovely man and I am glad that we became friends..
He touched not only my heart but many.
With Deep Regrets,
Lucy Rafter

Randy was a dear friend. Always there when you needed him. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for his friends. Loyal and thoughtful of others. He will be sorely missed by us all. Very respectful and protective of the ladies in his company. He was a true friend....I'll miss him most getting our crabs, he was always ready to buy a bushel...fishing bringing us that beautiful fish to fry....!
We will surely miss him in the "garage".
Love,
Your friend,
Tea

Dear Hazel and Mom, I regret your loss. I know that Randy is in a better place, But I know first hand how real the loss is to the family. Bob has been gone 10 years and I still want to rush home to tell him something I have just heard. The healing comes, just slowly. Love Jeannie

To Hazel and family. My wife Linda and I offer our deepest condolences.
I worked with Randy at UPS since 1975. Did not meet Randy till 1983 when we both worked in feeders together. Randy was always helpful and friendly to me since we met in 1983. We had a lot of good laughs together and work time together.
Randy was a great person to work with, ride down the road with and talk about family, and the few times we could get together, enjoy picnics with family and friends.
Randy will be missed by Family and Friends alike.
Once again sorry.
Warren & Linda Beacher

To: Gloria, Beth and Lucille, Although we can't be there with you, we will keep you in our prayers. Remember God is still on the throne, for you are not alone. You loved Randy, but God loved him best and has called him home to rest. Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. May God Bless and keep you. I love you.

To Hazel my sister-in-law, And my Sisters Beverly and Gloria. I love you and offer my condolences.
Randy being the oldest of the five children had a lot of responsibility for a young boy and he didn't always know the right way to do things. However, Randy and Mom managed to put meals on the table for us. And the two of them made sure we had everything we needed. As I grew older I also realized that he was a protector for his sisters and loved us dearly.
Randy will be missed.
His sister Lucille
