The very exemplification of excellence and a true Warrior in the Spirit is a legacy not soon to be forgotten in the fond memolies I have of Mother Clay. What an incredible comfort to know that Mother Clay endured earthly trials as that of a good Soldier in the Army of the Lord and has now entered into her mansion to receive her eternal rest - having earned the right to walk on Streets of Gold! Kirk, Tim, Aleta and Mary (and the Clay Family) take comfort in knowing that my prayers are with you as your mother is likely tilting her hat to the side - and dancing with the angels!! Love you all so very much - grieve the loss you feel - and Praise God for the pearls of wisdom she left - now personified in each of you.

To: Aleta and Family
On behalf of the Clay Family
From: Pastor's Support Ministry
We, the Pastor's Support Ministry wish to express our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to you during this time of great sorrow. We, pray that God in his infinite mercy will bless and keep you, and that something in these words will strengthen you somehow:
"Call me by my old familar name. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Put no difference in your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without affect, without the trace of a shadow on it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same that it ever was. there is absolutely unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner."
May the blessings of love be upon you. May its peace abide with you.

Mary and Aleta
Thanks be to God who has given us the victory in Christ Jesus!
My memories of Mother Clay go back to Mt. Calvary, COGIC. I recall Mother Clay being a prayer warrior. She and Mother Connie Jones would testify about the power of God through prayer and how they were going into the homes of the saints having prayer meetings and souls would be saved. To God be the glory for her life and testimony.
Be encouraged my sisters because Christ overcame death. Therefore, death has been defeated and we have hope beyond the grave. Amen.

Mary, Aleta,
I want you both to know you are in my prayers.
When I first came to CFF I was given to your Mother for support and for her to call and encourage me as she so often times did and I enjoyed our talks, she truly was a blessing in my life.
I do believe she is now with our God and we will see her again.

TO THE FAMILY OF MOM CLAY...
YOUR MOM WAS A VERY SPECIAL WOMAN SHE BELIEVED AND TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL HEART AND SOUL. SHE WAS NOT AFRAID TO TREAD ON THE devils territory. On several occasions I went with her to fight and had the priviledge to see the effects of a mighty prayer warrior. So I say to you be of good courage and remember the Good times God has given you with your Beautiful Mom. Embrace and Cherrish the thought of the many people she has touched in life. Most definatly she has performed her work

Aleta and Mary,
Thanks be to God that gives us the victory through Christ Jesus our LORD. I see Mo. Clay praising God right now with her new robe and new body, but with the same dignified, dainty and sanctified shout. Certainly I praise and thank our Father Who in HIS Sovereignty has chosen after the counsel of HIS own perfect will to receive Mo. Clay into the mansion that HE has prepared for her. Along with you all, Isaiah and I will certainly miss her. We are lifting you in prayer. (Psa. 30:5)
Love and prayers,
Roz and Isaiah

Mary, Aleta, Kirk, Timmy and family,
A pillar has gone on, and we Praise God for Mother Clay.
I will especially miss her getting her danty praise on over on the right side middle row on the end, with her matching hats, gloves and purses at Mother COGIC.
Mother was always dressed to the nine's!
Your mother was surely a blessing to many who crossed her path. And would let you know what she liked and what she did not like.
Keep on keeping on family and remember, God will keep you in His care.
