I am sorry about the loss of your loved one. Words cannot describe feelings in a time like this. Many have found comfort in the Bible's promises of seeing our past loved ones again such as at John 5 verses 28 and 29. Take care of yourselves and keep memories of your past loved one close.

To Pat and family I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I knew you and your family before you started working for Christiana Care VNA. I remember when your family and my family use to fellowship together at each others church. My stepfather Elder Wanamaker was the pastor at St. Luke Temple on Church St, my mother was Sister Wanamaker and I played the piano for my church which was many year ago. My thoughts and prayer are with you and your family.

To the Hairston Family, You know
that Sis. Terri & Deacon La-Don love you all so very much.
The scripture says "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Oh, what a wonderful place to be, safe and resting in the presence of our Lord and King, with no more cares, worries or pain, just sweet peace, happiness & joy. Minister Hairston was faithful unto death and now he is ready to recieve his crown of righteousness. We will all miss his presence in the front row of the Emmanuel Temple Church, his singing and his voice of Praise.
But we all know that where he is where we are striving to be. He left the legacy of faithfulness unto death. He was a faithful servant and he loved serving the Lord. God is saying to him well done thou good and faithful servant.May you his children and grandchildren continue to uphold the legacy of Holy Living unto the Lord. Our Love & Prayers are with you all. Keep the Faith.

To the Hairston family, Minister Hairston will be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him. I'm so glad, I was among the fortunate. I will miss his smile, the sermon's he preached, but most of all, the wonderful solo's he sang. He and Mother are together, and they never have to say good by again.
