Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 22, 2008 at Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church, 28 Meadowbrook Ave., Belvedere, DE 19804. Viewing will be 9:00AM-11:00AM. He is survived by his wife, Sonya; children, Grover Cleveland III, Anissa Cleveland and Sam Cleveland all of Elkton, MD, son, Walter Rothwell of Chester; 5 siblings, Angela O'Neal of Houston, TX, Jeremiah Cleveland (Nicole) of Norfolk, VA and Alicia Tillery (Damon) of Chester, PA.
