Obituary of William Robert Watkins

Thursday, October 16, 2008, God sent his dove to bring his angel home to continue his rest with Him. Robert, "Lil Bob", "Daddy" was born to the late Elbert and Augusta Watkins on November 1, 1930 in Wilmington, Delaware. Bobby received his formal education at the Howard High School, Wilmington, Delaware. He attended the Church of God In Christ, Wilmington, Delaware. He was preceded in death by his parents Elbert and Augusta Watkins, and a brother John Watkins. William R obert Watkins leaves to cherish his memory; his wife of 34 years Diana (Douglas) Watkins. And he leaves behind 12 children to carry on his legacy. Several grand& great grandchildren , 2 Sisters: Jean Watkins and Slyvia Malone, Mother-in-Law; Flossie M. Douglas, several sister and brother in laws, God-mother; Senora Riley, A devoted friend Ernest Wilson of 51 years. Teon & Alexander Wall whom he raised as his own children.
