Obituary of Pinkie L. Thomas

Pinkie Lillie Thomas, wife of the late John Lee Thomas, was called home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2003. She was born on December 20, 1920 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama to the late John and Anna Seay-Walk. Pinkie moved to Delaware in 1947. She was a homemaker and a member of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows #4. Pinkie was employed by West Center City as a Foster Grandparent. She loved playing the slot machines and feeding her birds. She attended the Riverside Adult Day Care program. Beloved mother of 6 daughters Merelyn Cooper, Ernestine White, Mary Brisco, Patricia Greene, Jacqueline Normand and Faye Vaughn, 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, a beloved niece Vera of Bay City, Michigan and a host of other relatives.
