This is to Mrs. Crystal Williams Black,your children,Mrs.Elizabeth G.Black and the entire Black family.My name is Carla Waites and i had the pleasure of meeting "Plummy" in 1981 when i used to reside in Belvedere. Plummy was a VERY sweet and loving person who's company and conversation I enjoyed. He was one of the finest men to walk the earth and I am so very sorry that he is no longer around.
