Mr. Tom Wynn and Family,
Sister Betty always kept you informed and she was so knowledgeable about the AME church. She made me feel welcome when I first attended Bethel Wilmington. There was a lady in the church who told me to get out of her pew and how dare I sit in her space. Sister Betty said, "Don't pay her any mind". When she was in charge of the Florida Grant Women’s Missionary Society I asked her to assist in our Young People's Development elections. She didn't hesitate to assist our group. Even outside of the church environment she was always providing information. She told me about unclaimed money that was in the paper and how her husband name was found on the list. Tom claimed the money and gave it all to her. She told me you need to check to see if your name is on the list. We will miss her smile, kindness, warmth, and her love of people.

To Tom and Family God will wipe every tear from your eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain. (Revelations 21:4) Betty was such a fun loving lady, She loved the AME Church, traveling and drinking her pespi's. Betty always had words of encouragements for every one. In the last year and 1/2 her health began to fail however I never heard her complain. What a blessing it has been to know her.

May the family find comfort in knowing your beloved Wife, Mom, Sister and family member is now resting with the Lord! Betty was always very pleasant and active in our church over the years! I'm truly encouraged that she is rewarded for the labor she put in down here on earth! So even with heavy hearts and lots of emotions, I hope the presence and peace of Jesus abide in your home and hearts during this transition! Everyone who really knew her will definitely miss this awesome woman of GOD! With heartfelt sympathy and LOVE! The Chaplain's Corner Ministry~Wilmington, Delaware...

To Renee and family. I am deeply saddened upon the loss of your mother. "God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. God broke our hearts to prove us He only takes the best."

It comes with great regret to recieve such news. However, Ms. Betty was a mother figure, advisor and mentor to me as I was searching my way to regain some type of balance in my life. We spent many days talking about job hunting and remainimg focus on God and not allow people to say mean words to try to stop your positive energy. When I attended Springfield College Ms. Betty reviewed my thesis abd made neceassary corrections resulting in a A. Ms Betty is the best possible person to have as a friend she will be sorely missed rest in peace.
Love Always Perry.

To the family of Mrs. Betty Ham Wynn, There is no way I can express how hurt I was when I found out that as I loved to call her "Aunt bette" had left for her eternal home. The first time I met her I loved her. I loved her personality and her way of speaking her mind. She introduced me and helped me to learn to love the Lay Organization. And she along with her riding buddy Mrs. Ross helped to raise me. I mean I was grown when I met her but she treated me as one of her own children. I will never forget the last time I saw her at the conference recognition banquet she was smiling and we laughed each time we saw something funny. Love ya Aunt Bette but God loved you best He saw you were tired and said my child come and take your rest. I will always remember you and your smile.

I love you and miss you, Nanny. When I was very young you let me steal your bacon right off your plate, eat butter, and eat my dinner in your bedroom (I suspect because I hummed when I ate at the table). You cooked cow tongue for me and swam in your pool with me. Rest in peace. I love you.

Heartfelt condolences to the family of Soror Betty Wynn. It was wonderful knowing and working with Soror Betty in our beloved Zeta Phi Beta. She displayed the characteristics of finer womanhood and exemplified sisterly love; qualities we hold dear. We were truly blessed to have known Soror Betty and rejoice in her freedom from pain. May God comfort you during your time of bereavement and grant you peace.

To The Family of Sis. Betty S. Ham-Wynn,
I extend my deepest sympathy to "All of You"...
When I visited Sis. Betty on last Sunday.. My heart was heavy seeing her so sick... now there is no more hospitals, no more pain...Just Joy, Joy Joy...
I will always remember the nick name she gave me "Birdie".. She would say.. "Hey Birdie" and then give me a "big smile" ...
Sis. Betty is now wearing her "Big Colorful Hat's, Matching Outfits and marching in that "Heavenly Choir"...
Just remember family...."Mother's Never Die, They Just Keep House Up In The Sky.. For The Lord"...
May "GOD" comfort and keep "all of you" in his tender loving care, during this sorrowful time and forever.
Blessings and Love,
Sis. Shirley Larke
