Louis Ben Prophet (LB), age 81 of Wilmington, Delaware passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 4, 2006. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Blondell; his children, Ben Prophet, Jr. (Grace) and Marvin Prophet (Margaret) of Wilmington, DE, Linda Thornton and Joyce P. Singleton (Willie) of New Castle, DE and Robert A. Prophet (Valeria) of Woodstock, GA; two brothers, Gary Prophet of Springfield, SC, Webster Prophet of Columbia, SC; three sisters, Bessie Frederick, Flora Williams and Dorothy Prophet of Columbia, SC. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, three brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
