Dear Phillips Family, I graduated with Bruce from Bo Manor and always remember him with a smile on his face and the ability to make everyone laugh. That laugh was so infectious. Bruce was such a sincere and genuine person. I also remember him being one of Mrs. Cullen's (history teacher) favorites. Bruce had many friends in school and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to know such a fine person. God Bless your family and I will keep all of you in my prayers. Donna
